Barbecue here is sacred. But for us, enjoying it fully wasn’t always simple. Finding barbecue that honored both our Texas roots and our commitment to halal felt nearly impossible. So we stopped searching—and started smoking.

What began as backyard cookouts quickly became an obsession. Long nights by the pit. Early mornings checking the fire.
