Lamb

Locally sourced frenched lamb chops marinated for 24 hours in our house made marinade with fresh rosemary from the garden and fresh garlic. Slow-smoked for 4-6 hours over hardwood, with precise temperature control that renders the fat beautifully and creates impossibly tender, flavorful meat with a delicate smoky taste. Served in four racks. Each rack contain eight lamb chops. We cut in rack in half to achieve better flavor.
